Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We offer flexible payment options via Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, Klarna, PayPal PayLater, and Affirm. 

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital content and educational services, all sales are final. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or duplicate purchases. 

Code of Conduct
We foster a restorative, respectful learning environment. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or misuse of resources may result in removal from programs without refund.

Modifications
Shemar Enterprises reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

Once students create an account on our LMS System, we recommend that students keep login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

We require that student understand that not only should they abide by our Terms & Conditions, but using our external platforms (e.g., payment processors, Google Meets, Cisco Webex, Shemar-Evolve LMS tools) terms also apply individually and in addition to ours.

Users agree to hold Shemar Enterprises harmless from any claims arising from misuse of our services. 

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The State Laws of Texas (USA) govern Shemar Enterprises, LLC agreement and where disputes will be resolved.

Access may be revoked should users violate any of our services (e.g., policy violations, non-payment, etc.).
